Shaking hands and Immediately after flop,Looking down for their chips are the common poker tells for beginner pokers. Most of these will be found in a book called Book of Tells by Mike Caro. In this book, author divided poker tells basically into two main categories:-
Acting tells : observing a player is must in this case, where the player will acts like he is with weak hand probably he might be with strong hand.
for eg: when they are trying to bet , this stage is know as "poker-clack", like a shrug. when a player make a big hand, a sigh.
may be they act as string when they are weak.( while bluffing they will look down).
Non-acting tells are looking at there chips and shaking hands. The acting skills are the tells where the player expects him to do based on his thoughts or movements. new players will fall in this type.people who are not conscious will come under non-acting tells.
